DocuSign Envelope ID: 175E2E4B-6ABD-45A5-80DA-ECE272A9A667 <br /> City of Anacortes <br /> Ordinance No. 4022 <br /> An Ordinance of the City of Anacortes, Washington, amending Chapters 19.76, <br /> 19.65, 19.32, and 19.12 of the Anacortes Municipal Code regarding <br /> Stormwater, Land Divisions, Landscaping, and Definitions and Interpretation <br /> Whereas the Anacortes Municipal Code regulates Stormwater at Chapter 19.76, and <br /> references the Western Washington Stormwater Management Manual at Chapter 19.65 <br /> and 19.32, and contains associated definitions and interpretations at Chapter 19.12; <br /> and <br /> Whereas the City has been operating under the 2012 Western Washington Stormwater <br /> Management Manual, as Amended in 2014; and <br /> Whereas the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Western <br /> Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater permit requires adoption of the 2019 <br /> Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington. <br /> Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of Anacortes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1 . Chapter 19.76 of the Anacortes Municipal Code entitled "Stormwater," <br /> Chapter 19.65 entitled "Landscaping", Chapter 19.32 entitled "Land <br /> Divisions," and Chapter 19.12 entitled "Definitions and Interpretation" are <br /> revised to read as shown in Attachment A, which is hereby adopted and <br /> incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage, <br /> approval and publication in the manner required by law. <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 6th day of June , 2022. <br /> CITY OF ANACORTES: <br /> Matt Miller, Mayor <br />
