DocuSign Envelope ID: 15BFE1AA-7560-4F1C-8652-5D784139E5FA <br /> ORDINANCE NO.4012 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANACORTES,WASHINGTON, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 10.12 REGARDING STOPPING, STANDING,AND PARKING <br /> WHEREAS,the City has authority over all City rights-of-way pursuant to RCW 35A.11.020; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Traffic Safety Committee has recommended that the City update Chapter 10.12 of the <br /> Anacortes Municipal Code regarding stopping, standing, and parking to address community concerns and <br /> updated impacts on City infrastructure; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council desires to follow recommendations made by the Traffic Safety Committee <br /> as well as the advice of the City Public Works Director to amend chapter 10.12 regarding stopping, <br /> standing, and parking; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of Anacortes does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 10.12 of the Anacortes Municipal Code is amended as described in Attachment <br /> A. All remaining sections of Chapter 10.12 AMC will remain in effect. <br /> Section 2.
