Mayor's Salary.
a. That Section 1 of Ordinance 2708 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
b. That the Mayor's annual salary shall be one hundred and twenty four
thousand dollars ($124,000) with such amount to be adjusted each year
using the same percentage adjustment as is used by the Federal
Government for social security adjustments.
Section 2. Council Stipends. Section 2 of Ordinance 2708 is hereby affirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2022 and after its passage,
approval and publication in the manner required by law.
