The Growth Management Act mandates development of a capital facilities <br /> element consisting of a six-year financing plan [RCW 36.70a.070-(3)]. <br /> Section 2. The City of Anacortes Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended to adopt the 2022- <br /> 2027 Capital Facilities Plan, which is attached hereto. Adoption of the 2022-2027 Capital <br /> Facilities Plan will replace the 2021-2026 Capital Facilities Plan. <br /> Section 3. The total estimated expenditures/revenues for each major category and the <br /> aggregate total for all such categories combined are summarized and set forth as follows: <br /> General Government $30,226,000 <br /> Parks $4,710,000 <br /> Fiber $12,332,226 <br /> Fire/EMS $8,399,251 <br /> Waste Water $65,927,000 <br /> Solid Waste $231,700 <br /> Storm $1,409,000 <br /> Transportation $96,113,100 <br /> Water $30,742,400 <br /> Total $250,090,677 <br /> Section 4. Effective date.
