The City Council of the City of Anacortes finds that purchasing the of
CRALEY proprietary technology FibreTM M-Series, an ANSI/NSF certified
micro-duct system for City's gigabit passive optical network ("GPON"), clearly
limits the City of Anacortes to a single source of supply from Craley Group
Limited, justifying the waiver of competitive bidding requirements.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Anacortes hereby waives the bidding
requirements for the purchase of CRALEY FibreTM M-Series, an ANSI/NSF
certified micro-duct system, and authorizes sole source purchasing from Craley
Group Limited.
Section 3. Any actions of the City or its officers prior to the date hereof and
consistent with the terms of this Resolution are ratified and confirmed.
Resolution 3019 Page 1
