The owner wanted to add so many changes we have decided to go for a complete redesign and a shorelines permit. We do also have a shorelines exemption at this time . The work would be started in March and complete by Oct of 2019. We are in design now but the owner would like us to replace a non structural office wall inside the building. We would increase office space by 5' . This is a temp fix until new construction starts next year.
