follows:
O This report is an addendum to our original report dated 12/22/22. All requirements, callouts,
specifications, designs,etc.in our original report shall remain valid and in effect unless specifically
superseded by item(s) in this report.
O The scope of this Addendum is limited to revisions of the foundation and crawlspace in the vicinity
of the stairs due to rock encountered during excavation, specifically:
o A portion of low floor framing under stairs is converted to slab on grade.
