New Single Family Residence
Permit # BLD-2021-0610
Location: 1509 Harbor View Court
This letter will stand as a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 60 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to be completed:
Provide Certificate of Insulation to the City.
2. Install Energy Star Appliances (ductless dryer and washing machine) where missing
and have all energy star appliances inspected.
