RE: Temporary Occupancy for:
New Single -Family Residence
Permit # BLD-2021-0652
Location: 4118 Brant Circle
This letter will stand as a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 45 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 45 days:
-Self-Closing hinges on the door from the laundry room to the garage
-Soil Certificate from your soil provider as well as the completed soil form in the stormwater
packet
-Blower door test (2.0 ACH50 as required by the selected energy credit)
-Complete master bath plumbing trim
-Complete all landscaping according to the landscape plan and stormwater packet
-Seal all exterior penetrations
