RE: Temporary Occupancy for:
New Single Family Residence
Permit # BLD- 2021-0931
Location: 3949 Rock Ridge Parkway
This letter will stand as a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 30 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 30 days:
1. Pass Public Works Final.
2. Install tempered glass in showers, where missing.
Items to be finished by July 12, 2023:
1. Landscape installation completed and passed inspection.
BMPs and any other necessary erosion control measures will continue until landscaping is
complete.
