RE: Temporary Occupancy for:
New Single Family Residence
Permit # BLD-2019-0629
Location: 1207 61h Street
This letter will stand as a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 90 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 30 days:
1. Secure dishwasher drain pipe below the sink with the high -loop method.
2. Install double check valve to radiant floor assembly, per code, and provide report
for it, verifying that it is working.
Stabilize soils and cover with acceptable soil BMP or other BMPs.
Items to be completed within 90 days::
1. Paint plastic pipe that is exposed to the sun's UV rays.
2. Complete landscaping to pass Stormwater Final.
3. Install siding on the house where missing.
4. Terminated upper TPRV pipe 2x the pipe diameter (1.5") above the bell drain.
Maintain BMPs and erosion control until landscaping is complete.
