The City requires additional information in order to process your permit application.
Engineered documents are required to be stamped by a Washington State licensed Engineer.
A site plan is required that shows:
1. Dimensions indicating new home’s location and distance to property lines
2. Driveways and impervious surface areas
3. Area of ground disturbance (digging, filling, or grading) and associated stormwater BMPs.
4. Trees retained or planted on the site, along with their trunk diameters at chest height.
5. Landscape plan.
If the site plan will be too busy with all that you may do a separate landscape plan that includes the tree information.
