project.

5,322 (new hard surface)- 3600(credit for 1 prior SFR) /3,600 sf (ISU) = 0.478 ERUs
0.478 ERUs X $1,746.97 = $835.63
Sanitary Sewer GFC:
Multi -family Formula: 0.8 ERUs X $9,331.86 X (# of Units)
0.8 X (5 units -1 credit for demolished home) X $9,331.86 = $29,861.96
Traffic Impact fee:
