OBSERVATION OF: Building Pad Native Subgrade
GeoTest was on -site, as requested, to perform a soil observation for 3204 R Avenue. The
weather at the time of observation was 430 and sunny.
Prior to arrival, the contractor had excavated the pre-existing fill and native soils approximately
3 to 4 feet to hard native soils. The exposed soils consisted of wet, gravely, sandy silt. Soil
penetration was performed with penetrations 2 to 5 inches with a 3/8" stainless steel t-probe
under full body weight.
The soils are suitable for further development. GeoTest will return for further observation and
testing upon request.
