Subject: 1515 Latitude Circle Lot 13, 48 North, House foundation survey layout.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on August
21, 2018. House corners were set with hub and tack at 5 & 10 foot offsets or as shown
on the stakes from the four furthest exterior points of the house foundation. See attached
drawing for approved site layout.
