Please note the followmg conditions of'approvala in accordance with the CC&R's:
1. The work of construction of all buildings shall be prosecuted diligently and
continuously from commencement of construction until exteriors of such
buildings are completed and painted or otherwise suitably finished. Exterior
work on any building shall be completed within one year from start of
construction.
2. When all exterior construction and/or improvements have been completed
Owner shall promptly notify the Architectural Committee in writing so as to
facilitate its inspection buy one or more members of the committee.
3. If construction has not started within one year from date of approval then
approval shall be deemed null and void, unless and extension has been applied
for and a valid reason for delay has been provided.
