Comments:
Cloudy, 58 deg
1) Location: North and East exterior shearwalls on grids D and 6, 1st to 5th floor Details: Shearwall schedule on S4 0
2) MTC at this time inspected the exterior shear walls at the locations noted above. MTC verified APA rated 15/32" CDX
sheathing. Fastening was with .148x2.25" nails. MTC verified edge nailing at all panels and holdown studs per the
shearwall schedule. MTC also verified 1st floor anchor bolts and bottom plate nailing at the 2nd to 5th floors. MTC
verified A35 clips at all top plate to rim connections. All work was visually inspected and was in -compliance with
approved plans and specs.
MTC notes that continuous holdown systems were not complete and will require inspection at later date.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above -described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
