Comments:

1) Location: Interior shearwalls, grids (1-6/A-D), Basement to the roof Details: Shearwall schedule on S4 0
2) MTC at this time inspected the interior shear walls at the locations noted above. MTC verified APA rated 15/32" CDX
sheathing. Fastening was with .148x2.25" nails. MTC verified edge nailing at all panels and holdown studs per the
shearwall schedule. MTC also verified 1st floor anchor bolts. MTC verified A35/LTP4 clips at all top plate to rim
connections. MTC also verified all roof level outside SW6 shearwalls.
The following items were noted as in -complete or needing correction:
• The basement SW2 wall on grid 4.4 needs additional edge nailing. Fastening was observed to be at 3" to 6"
on -center.
• At the 4th floor, the SW3 corridor wall at grid B/2-2.6 was missing edge nailing to the wall top plate.
• Bottom plate nailing was in -complete at numerous locations.
• Continuous holdown runs were not complete.
All competed work was visually inspected and was in -compliance with approved plans and specs.
The framing foreman was informed of all items noted above. These will be re -inspected at a later date along
with all continuous holdown runs and remaining exterior shear walls on the south and west sides of the
building.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above -described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
Work in progress. Additional inspection needed.
