Remarks:
inspector arrived onsite to perform PA wedge anchor torque inspection.
20 wedge anchors in place for torque testing. 10"-12" staggered spacing between wedge anchors, on 11/z" wood beam. A
x3 inch washer was placed between wood and anchor bolt nut in order to verify the torque without damaging the wood.
wrench was set at 110 lbs, per manufacturer. All Wedge anchors where tested at that setting. The contractor was
and emailed a draft of this report.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above -described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
