TC arrived on site as requested to perform an epoxy inspection.
oon arrival I was informed that there were no details in the plans showing embedment depths or placement locations. I
is asked to document work performed and submit to engineer for approval.
total of 16 reinforcing bar were placed at various wall locations (See below pictures). Holes were drilled to an
abedment depth of 5". Holes were then cleaned and blown out, then epoxy and set.
1 work was done per ESR-2508 and per manufacturers recommendations.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above -described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
