on -site as requested at Fidelio Flats, for a proprietary anchor, epoxy inspection. Upon arrival MTC reviewed aproved
and Simpson manufacturer recommendations.

.1 embeds were drilled to a diameter of 3/4" and embedded to a depth of 5". Holes were found to be in a clean state free
'debris. Some holes were damp do to rain, but Simpson Set-XP is rated for damp conditions. All embeds were prepared
accordance with Simpson manufacturers recommendations.
5 reinforcing steel 70"+ in length, was installed in accordance with Simpson manufacturers recommendations.
