Remarks:
1) Reinforcing: MTC at this time inspected the reinforcing steel for the basement walls noted above. Perimeter
walls were in place per the drawings,the reinforcing steel is #4 horizontal at12 inch on center with two #4 on top and #5
vertical dowels at 12 inch on center. MTC did note that the anchor bolts and hold downs were not installed also the
elevator embeds, contractor is waiting on locations from EOR, a final top down inspection is needed prior to placement
to verify the anchor bolts, hold downs and embeds are installed.
All reinforcing was (with the exception noted) found to be of correct grade, size, location, spacing, lap, clearance and
secure, and was in -compliance with approved plans and specs.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the above -described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
