New Single -Family Residence
Permit # BLD-2021-0029
Location: 3708 Leeward Ln
This letter will stand as a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 90 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 90 days:
1. Install kitchen range exhaust hood
2. Secure outdoor unit (heat pump) to the concrete pad
3. Install oven
4. Adjust bommer hinges on man door to garage to self -close
