Public Works Director Fred Buckenmeyer reported that proposals were opened the prior Thursday and that only

the Engineer's Estimate, FEMA had to get approval from another federal agency before recommending that the
city award the contract. FEMA was trying to respond by April 4,2022. Mr. Buckenmeyer said there would thus
be at least a two-week delay in considering the contract.
