Financial Guarantee Release
WHEREAS, Christopher Felt, of Cascade Building Designs, Developer, and PEOPLES BANK, executed
an assignment of savings account number 6111876006 on December 3, 2021, in the
sum of eighteen thousand six hundred and four dollars and eighty cents ($18,604.80)to CITY OF
ANACORTES, as oblige, for the purpose of guaranteeing the completion and ensuring the satisfactory
performance of the landscaping requirements with the terms of City of Anacortes Permit number BLD-
2021-0077; and
WHEREAS, the CITY OF ANACORTES has determined that all terms of said landscaping for BLD-2021-
0077 have now been completed, inspected and inspected to the satisfaction of the CITY OF
ANACORTES.
NOW THEREFORE, the funds held in Account No.6111876006 are hereby released, and PEOPLES
BANK is released of all obligations and liability thereunder.
