Dear Mr. Munce,
According to HUD regulations we are required to submit on a yearly basis, HUD
form 7015.15 to receive Capitol Funds(formally CLAP)from the Federal Government.
Last year we submitted to the City an Environmental Checklist Form of which I have
included a copy. The scope of that work is continuing with no changes except an
addition of deck painting and gutter replacement at the Harbor House. I am assuming
that this year we could just request a continuation of that work with out being required to
submit another environmental form. Please correct me if I am assuming something I
shouldn't be.
I have also enclosed a copy of our annual and five-year plans for future reference
and your information. If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to call me. We
are so happy to have the funding continue so as to upgrade our buildings for
"blendability"in the community. Please return signed 7015.15 to this office, and I will
forward it on to HUD in Seattle. Thanks for all your help.
