RE: Anacortes Housing Authority Permits
In reviewing our files for the recent permits issued for 903-909 22od Street and 904-910 23 d
Street,to renovate existing apartments,we have found that the occupancy group was listed as a
R3 Residential and should have been entered as RI Apartments.
Entering the wrong occupancy effects the building permit and plan check fee amounts. The
following reflects the difference in fees that were collected and the fees that will need to be
collected.
