Subject: 3949 Rockridge Parkway Foundation survey layout.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on January
27, 2022. House corners were set with wood hub and tacks or nails in rock at house
corners according to the approved site layout.
