Description:
During minor siding repair it was determined that some existing framing had become rotten. Contractor
to repair rotten framing members with no weaker than original construction framing members.
Demo:
Existing wall construction was built with Hardie lap siding, felt paper, Gypsum Wall Board sheeting,
wood sheathing, 2x6 framing, R-19 insulation, and interior Gypsum Wall Board.
New Construction:
New wall construction was built with Hardie lap siding, Commercial Tyvek, Densglass, like kind members
for framing and sheathing, R-21 insulation, and interior Gypsum Wall Board.
No Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarm, or Fire Sprinkler work will be required during construction.
