Re: Land Clearing Permit, Block 1512, Northern Pacific Addition
Gentlemen:
We have reviewed your application for land clearing of lots 1 through 16 of Block 1512 of
the Northern Pacific Addition to Anacortes.
The following are conditions for permit:
1. The perimeter of the area to be cleared shall be provided with silt runoff
control on any exposed down slopes as determined by the inspector.
2. The area cleared shall be hydro-seeded if building construction is not begun
within 30 days of the date of this letter. Building construction includes
application for building permit and construction of infrastructure improvements.
3. The right of way shall remain clear of any debris from the lot clearing activity.
Clearing of the right of way shall not begin until authorization for the
improvement of the street has been granted.
4. The boundaries of clearing shall be clearly marked, land survey markers shall be
located at least at the extreme corners with flagging between the corners as
necessary.

The permit fee for land clearing is $15.00 per acre.
