Hog Mulch has been brought in to be spread throughout the yard and mixed with the soil to enrich the soil and keep erosion controlled. Several trees of different types have and will be brought in to the front yard and strategically placed. Some of the trees will have areas of interest created around them where shrubs, perennials, and annuals will be planted. Planting of grass and/or stone walkways will be included, I'm just not sure where at this point. To the right slope of the house ground cover such as ivy or salal will be planted and to the left of the house will be ground cover and a tree will be planted near the unfinished basement. The lower level will have four trees (shrubs) no taller than ten feet planted near the house, and a cement sitting area will be created in front of that. The small slope has boulders lining it at present and different shrubs and plants will be placed throughout. These are my plans at present and may be tweaked a little, but they are the basic plans.
