Tim, per our earlier conversation and your site visit:

We have removed the three 6 1/2" x 13" GLB's that were located in the living room of the above referenced
location. The beams were attached to the x 18" GLB between the living room wall and the new wall we
constructed as part of the added remodel with fabricated hangers. On the opposite wall, the beams were inserted
into the existing brick fireplace. There was no physical attatchment at the fireplace wall, the beams sat only in a
pocket of removed brick.
Per your observation and recommendation, we sheared the wall between the living room/new construction with 1/2"
OSB nailed 4"OC with 8D nails as per your 1PW structural shear wall callout schedule from floor to ceiling. This
created a double sided shear wall as we had previously sheared the wall in the remodel section as per your callout.
This wall is tied into the two 6 3/4" x 19" GLB's in the new remodeled section and per your observation and review,
will act as a horizontal shear for necessary structural stability.
