The following work must be completed not later than November 15, 2004.
1. Replace the damaged section of the driveway approach between the street curb and
the sidewalk.
2. Replace the damaged sections of sidewalk adjacent to the driveway ramp.
3. Complete installation of the garage to house door hardware and set tension on the
door closer hinges to automatically close and latch the door.
4. Complete installation of the utility room sink and cabinet top
5. Install the kitchen hood and associated duct.
6. Secure the electrical box below and behind the kitchen sink cabinet.
7. Provide an access door to the master bathtub pump.
8. Install the handrail for the lower stair run.
9. Install all exterior door landings.
10. Complete installation of the lower floor bathroom fixtures and tile.
11. Complete the deck guardrail and surfacing. The deck shall not be occupied until these
items are complete and approved.
A portion of this work is secured with a letter from the lender withholding certain funds until
such time as the above work is completed. Approval,by the building official, of completed
items 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 is required prior to formal occupancy of the structure. Failure to
complete the above items as noted could result in civil penalties of up to $100.00 per day
beginning November 16,2004 until such time as the code required items are completed and
approved.
