Frontier Industries is proposing a change of use from Single Family Residence to office for the building
located at 909 2e Street.
Newly added impervious area will be 2,360 square feet as shown on the drawings. Please verify the
following storm water general facilities fee per Ordinance No.2419.
Square Footage 2,360+2,000= 1.18 x$1,126=$1,328.68
Total Storm Drain Impact Fee.
