Frontier Industries is proposing to convert the existing single family residence at 909 26t'Street to office
space and storage.
Please verify the following traffic impact fee for the proposed change in use per City Ordinance No.
2277 Appendix C.
Main Floor Office1,183 square feet
Lower Floor Storage 1,064 square feet
Total Square Footage 2,247 square feet
2,247 square feet+ 1,000=2.247x 3.41 =7.66x$400.00=$3,064.00
A credit of$400.00 for the existing single family residence use would appear appropriate.
$3,064-$400.00=$2,664.00
Total Fee Required$2,664.00.
