Subject: 4401 Oakes Avenue, House foundation survey layouts.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on
September 1, 2021. House corners were set with wood hub and tacks or aluminum nails
at house corners according to the approved site layout.
