Permit #BLD-2020-0279
Location: 2802 Oaks Ave.
This letter will stand as a"Temporary Certificate of Occupancy"for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 180 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, once all con-ections have passed inspection then
final Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
Items to complete within 180 days:
1. Install hand rail at stairs from garage to home.
2. Install shower glass
3. Install final Landscape
