I MI ell M- I believe the header issue was not corrected before or during plan review on the other house on Geer lane with the same plans. The framer saw the discrepancy and asked me which header was required. I told him that the portal frame detail had to be used, so the header had to be minimum actual dimension 3" x 11.25" per 1RC.
