Our plans include meeting the minimum requirement; by the City.
Due to the summer heat and the likelihood of losing plants1trees at this time{a costly choice) we're
asking for a variance that landscaping to he postponed. Landscaping would be planned in the Fail, to he
completed no later than November 24. 2021.. With this., we'd still like to request the sign cello oblaitw
[cu ear} Ccrtificste of Occupancy when our contractor completes.the eorss[ruction o f+cur home
estimated to be September 17, ?{ 2 i with final inspection and final Certificate of Occupancy once plants
