Please address the following items so I can complete the plan review. 1. Show the 10 foot utility easements on the site plans. 2. Indicate all setbacks on the site plans. 3. Show the lot coverage by buildings in square feet, and the percentage of the lot covered by buildings on the site plans. 4. Provide a fire flow test report unless the intention is to install fire sprinklers. The Fire area of each building exceeds 3,600 square feet, therefore 1750 GPM is needed from a hydrant within 250 feet. 5. Indicate, on an elevation view, the overall height from average original grade along the front of the building(facing the street) for each house. 6. Alternate Braced Wall Panels are not permitted on the second floor, Perhaps a portal frame instead. The headers would have to extend to a corner king stud and increase to a 4x12. 7. Please provide another copy of j ust the floor plan for each house, 11 X 17 or letter size. Also another copy of the site plan (11x17) for each house.
