Pursuant to RCW 90.58.140(2) , a permit is hereby granted to:
Snelson Anvil, Inc. , 2403 R Avenue, Anacortes, WA
to undertake the following development Pile driving, dredging, filling and
the construction of pile-supported pier lift launchways and barge berthing area.
upon the following property Generally east of Q Avenue, between 16th and 22nd
Streets - Section 19, Township 35 North, Range 2 East, W.M.
The following provisions of the master program are applicable to this development
Consistent with the Shoreline "Urban I" designation. Also consistent with City
Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
Development pursuant to this permit shall be undertaken pursuant to the following
terms and conditions Construction and use of the subject property shall be done
in conformance with all City codes and regulations. '
This permit is granted pursuant to the Shoreline Management Act of 1971 and nothing
in this permit shall excuse the applicant from compliance with any other federal ,
state or local statutes, ordinances or regulations applicable to this project, but
not consistent with the Shoreline Management Act: This permit may be rescinded
pursuant to RCW 90.58.140(7) in the event the permittee fails to comply with the
terms or conditions hereof.
CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO THIS PERMIT WILL NOT BEGIN OR IS NOT AUTHORIZED
UNTIL FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FILING THE FINAL ORDER OF THE LOCAL
