This letter will stand as a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 30 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 30 days:
1. Finish landscaping.
2. Pass Stormwater Final.
Maintain BMPs and erosion control until landscaping. is complete.
