If you have any questions please contact the The Permit Coordinator at 360-293-1901. We are also interested in any comments you have to improve this system. It is the applicant's responsibility to provide copies of all approved submittal documents for use on the job site. • Documents with color or with approval stamps are to be reproduced in color, or black and red. • Documents shall be provided in full size, and to scale. • It is advisable to protect the documents from inclement weather. Plastic sleeves are available upon request. • All drawings, engineering, surveys, and supporting documents are required to be on the job site at the time of inspections. If documents are not available, the inspection will be cancelled. After the second cancelled inspection, a re-inspection fee will be charged. Be sure your packet includes: • Permit • Permit Inspection Card, print on heavy stock if possible. This will need to last the duration of your project. • Site Plan • All Drawings • Stormwater Plan or SWPPP • Engineering, if included in submittal • Landscape Plan • Any other supporting reports or documents Being properly prepared with the necessary plans on site will allow our inspectors to complete your inspections.
