Dear Al, I have completed the review of your recent submittal for the above project and found that I could not continue the plan review for the following reasons. 1. The plans refer to building codes no longer in effect such as the 1997 Uniform Building Code & 1997 Uniform Mechanical Code. 2. The plans contain incomplete structural plans copied from another plan set with expired engineering plan details and notes. 3. The plans also include engineering recently supplied by a different structural engineer. We cannot proceed with the plan review without a proper set of building plans, with clear and consistent structural details supplied by the one engineer of record, and references to current applicable codes. There may be further comments after I review the next submittal.
