Mr. Sigi Ulrich of Doryan Construction is proposing a four story 9-unit condominium
project at 910 34th Street. Using No. 230, Appendix C: 9 x .55 =4.95 x 400 = $1,980.00.
A fee of$1.00 a s. f. is assessed per gross floor area above the second floor. The third
floor is 3919.5 s.f. and the fourth floor is 3919.5 s.f. = 7839 s.f.
7839 s.f. x $1.00=$7,839.00
Fire Protection Ladder Truck Fee $7,839.0b
Unit Traffic Impact Fee $1,980.00
Total $9,819.00
