Jack,
Lots 1, 2, 3,4, and 6 would no longer need sprinkler systems.
The chart below lists our thresholds for sprinkler systems.
The fire area is all enclosed spaces or decks or areas under roofs or covered decks.

We will need you guys to have the fire flow retested and you will want to put pressure reduction valves on your
incoming water supply lines to the homes. We will also charge you a $102.58 non sprinklered house fee for each
residence.
I'm pretty sure you will still come out ahead by a long ways.
