Dear Building Inspector(s),
Attached is the landscaping plan for our home located at 3929 Rockridge Parkway,Anacortes. Trees
will meet the minimum requirement by the City. Due to the summer heat and the likelihood of losing
plants/trees at this time(a costly choice)we're asking for a variance that landscaping to be postponed.
Landscaping would be planned in the Fall,to be completed no later than November 2021. With this,
we'd still like to request the sign off to obtain Certificate of Occupancy when our contractor completes
construction of our home(estimated to be July 9,2021).
