Division 1 General Requirements apply to the Work of all Sections. B. Work of this Contract comprises office remodeling for the Anacortes Arts and Crafts Festival. The Project is located at 503 "O" Avenue, Anacortes, Washington. SECTION 01040 - COORDINATION A. General: 1. Coordinate the Work; do not delegate responsibility for coordination to any subcontractor. 2. Anticipate interrelationship of all subcontractors and their relationship with the total Work. B. Inspect the Site and location of the Work and become acquainted with and understand all conditions relating to the Work to be performed under this Contract, SECTION 01060 - REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS A. Perform the Work in conformance with applicable requirements of all regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Uniform Building Code (UBC) 1997 Edition. 2. National Electrical Code (NEC). 3. Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC). SECTION 01500 - TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND CONTROLS A. Contractor may take water or electric energy, at Owner's expense, in such quantities and at such times as they are available from Owner's water and electric systems respectively. SECTION 01600 - MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT A. All material and equipment incorporated in the Work shall be new, unless otherwise specified; in condition acceptable to the Owner; suitable for the intended use.
