Provide foundation detail showing dimensions and reinforcement. 3. Draw correct interior post pad locations corresponding to the beam span that will be used (the latest revision shows a change from 6x12 to 4x8). 4. Verify that the under floor beams are adequate for the floor load and the partition wall above it. 5. Provide a complete floor plan for each story, not just a note saying it is the same as the other unit. Label all of the rooms on the first floor plan. 6. Indicate ceiling height on either floor plans or section view. 7. Supply a north elevation drawing. 8. The one hour party wall detail shows 1/2 inch drywall on the underside of the roof trusses. Either change to 5/8" Type X or extend 1-hour wall to roof deck. 9. The party wall detail does not show the required 1-hour separation between units in the 2"d story floor framing. 10. Indicate egress windows for bedrooms on the floor plans 11. Show smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on plans. 12. Show exhaust fan locations on floor plans. 13. There are many confusing and contradicting notes (some crossed out) on the floor plans that don't correspond to the structural engineering supplied for lateral loads (shearwalls & etc.). Please supply a cleaned up set of floor plans that correspond to the engineering, with all references to prescriptive bracing methods removed.
