I found the southwest corner to be saturated with water , I tried to find a reason for this, the only logical answer was that the property immediately behind on Heather owned by Mr . Torrence has its downspout and footing drains daylighted just above Mr. Morris property . I advised Mr. Torrence that he would be responsible for any damage that his channeled water might cause. I than left it in the hands of Mr. Morris and Mr . Torrence . Jack Shields is the contractor, and we are supplying trusses through Snohomish Lumber Company. The trusses that were not stamped, were merely overlooked by the new employee who built them. They are equal in quality to those that were stamped, and conform to the requirements of the Wash- ington Wood Truss Fabricators Council. We have inspected and stamped the trusses that were overlooked.
